What should I do if someone is in crisis or if there’s an emergency?
If someone is in danger of hurting themselves or someone else — or if there’s any type of health emergency — please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
Rosecrance staff is on-call and available all day, every day, year-round for urgent matters. For child, adolescent or teen services, please call our CARES crisis line at 1-800-345-9049.

Which treatment services will my health insurance cover?
Rosecrance accepts most major insurance plans, as well as Medicaid and Medicare. Please check directly with your insurance plan administrator or insurance carrier to see if our services are covered by your plan.
What treatment services does Rosecrance provide?
Rosecrance provides substance abuse and mental health services for adults, including serious and persistent mental illness. We also offer a number of educational programs about substance abuse and mental health.
Rosecrance also provides diagnosis and treatment of substance abuse and mental health or thought disorders in children and adolescents. These disorders include ADHD, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, etc.

What does Rosecrance do to protect my privacy?
All Rosecrance facilities comply fully with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) as well as State of Illinois confidentiality laws.
Can Rosecrance adjust the cost of care in special circumstances?
Rosecrance offers a sliding fee scale for services not covered by insurance or other benefits.
Are there any disorders that Rosecrance does not treat?
We are unable to treat developmental disabilities, autism or Asperger’s syndrome if they are the primary diagnosis.
