When a child experiences a substance use disorder or takes steps toward a life of recovery, the family can go through a roller coaster of emotions.
Rosecrance Clinical Outreach Coordinator Maria Campobasso has clinical experience working with families as they navigate a loved one’s addiction and recovery journey. She brings insight into family dynamics as well as steps that can be taken to support the loved one and strengthen other members of the unit.
She will present her expertise on family dynamics to local behavioral health professionals at 9 a.m. Tuesday, August 23, at Rosecrance Warrenville. She will be available to talk with media from 10-10:15 a.m. following her presentation.
