A Message from our CEO

Substance Abuse and Mental Health during COVID-19 crisis

Now, more than ever, families are concerned about their loved ones. That concern is even greater when a child, spouse, brother, or sister is struggling with a mental health or substance use disorder. The World Health Organization recently warned that such conditions will increase during times of great crisis.

Rosecrance is a workforce of 1,200 employees strong, and we stand ready, committed, and motivated to serve those who struggle with substance use or mental health disorders.

As an organization dedicated to restoring mind, body, and spirit, I want to share with you the ways Rosecrance is serving our clients through these unprecedented times.

Our Expertise

Our leaders are in daily contact with state and local health departments regarding updates. We are taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and our own expert medical leadership, to ensure we take every precaution to protect our staff, clients, and community. As behavioral health care professionals for over 100 years, Rosecrance maintains exceptionally high standards, and we are expanding our infection control protocols. Because we have dedicated our lives to care for others, it is our natural instinct to do everything we can to keep those in our care safe. It’s our job, and we take it very seriously, today and every day.

Our Programs

Our residential and outpatient programs continue to operate, with additional safeguards in place. If you or a loved one wishes to seek treatment, we are taking admissions to our programs. Please reach out to us at https://rosecrance.org or call 888.928.5278 and we’ll help you navigate the steps. Be assured, new clients are being screened for health concerns before admission.

When a loved one needs treatment, a safe facility with experienced, compassionate clinicians and expanded infection control protocols is the best environment for recovery. Our dedicated team of health care professionals is watching over every client to give them the best opportunity for lasting recovery.

Thank you for your continued support as we work together through this challenge. We will continue to monitor this situation and remain steadfast in our commitment to the safety of our clients and staff.

Life’s waiting.
