Crisis Programs
Community Crisis Treatment
Rosecrance Community crisis programs play a crucial role in supporting people with mental health and substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. They offer immediate support, connect individuals to long-term resources, and promote recovery and well-being.
Services within this program
Responding with hope
Rosecrance crisis programs serve children, teens, young adults, adults, and families in many of the communities we serve.
Crisis services have their own continuum of care, from case management and walk-in day programs to mobile crisis response teams who respond to calls from crisis hotlines and the national 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, as well as provide follow-up care and support after police and fire respond to behavioral health emergency calls.
Then there are triage and crisis residential services that provide shorter-term (less than 24 hours) and longer-term (up to two weeks) stabilization for individuals, connecting them to individual and group therapy, psychiatric services, medication management and more.
Rosecrance Community crisis programs prioritize:
- Immediate intervention and stabilization
- Connection to resources and treatment
- Support for community partners, including emergency and healthcare services
- Improved recovery outcomes
