On Thursday, WREX-13 broadcast a report about Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn’s announcement that mental health funding will be increased in the 2013 Illinois state budget. The report included comments from Rosecrance President/CEO Philip Eaton and footage of the Triage Center at Rosecrance’s Ware Center in downtown Rockford.
