Rosecrance is pleased to announce that Sarra Reichwald has been named Vice President of Innovation and Excellence.
In this new role, Reichwald will be responsible for developing strategy and training opportunities to ensure that staff at all Rosecrance affiliates consistently follow best clinical and professional practices. Reichwald has served Rosecrance in clinical and educational roles for 19 years, including the past five as the Director of Staff Education and Development. She also is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) through the Association of Talent Development, which is a nationally recognized accreditation organization for staff development.
“Sarra is a gifted educator who understands the importance of a culture of excellence,” said Rosecrance Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President Judi Jobe. “She will play an even more significant role in developing staff who are best prepared to care for the clients they serve every day.”
