Register Star reports on Rosecrance’s triage center in downtown Rockford

The Rockford Register Star has a report on Rosecrance’s plans to renovate its space in downtown Rockford to house a triage center for patients to use when Singer Mental Health Center closes.

“Construction started Friday at the Rosecrance Ware Center, 526 W. State St. Workers are renovating about 2,000 square feet of space on the first floor to house the center, where patients can be assessed, stabilized and placed in the most appropriate care setting.”
