Rosecrance’s Hamblock named ‘40 Under 40’ honoree by Rockford Chamber of Commerce
Hamblock is a former YWCA Women of Achievement Promise Award winner who is active in the Junior League, Hospice, Santa For All, and Northern Illinois University Alumni Association.
Rosecrance is pleased to announce that Kristin Hamblock, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, has received a 40 Under 40 honor by the Rockford Chamber of Commerce.
Hamblock has been with Rosecrance for 12 years, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in August 2021. She championed employee wellness initiatives throughout the organization, and that success resulted in international recognition as a Workforce Game Changer.
In addition, Hamblock played a key role in offering more flexibility for staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also was integral in developing a new wage scale for employees last year.
Outside of work, Hamblock is a former YWCA Women of Achievement Promise Award winner who is active in the Junior League, Hospice, Santa For All, and Northern Illinois University Alumni Association.
