Gomel holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Public Policy and Administration with an emphasis in non-profit administration, a Master of Science Degree in Health Service Administration, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Dave is an active member of the Rockford community, volunteering with many charitable and athletic organizations. Dave joined Rosecrance in 1993.

“Over the years, Dave has served as an inspiration and motivation for staff, and a selfless advocate and servant for the clients,” says Phil Eaton, Rosecrance Health Network President and Chief Executive Officer. “This award is a testament to his leadership and dedication to the Rockford community.”

“I’m honored and humbled to be part of this year’s group of People You Should Know,” says Gomel. “Thank you to my nominators and to the Chamber for this special recognition.”
