A collaborative approach to client care is the most effective treatment. It’s an important first step to recognize when a loved one, patient, client, employee, or student could benefit from starting treatment or exploring options for their care.

At Rosecrance, the person you refer will be treated as an individual, with recovery and solutions based on their health and needs. You’re a huge part of that, and we will work closely with you to find the best road map for recovery.

are provided a report and ongoing consultation, as appropriate. At Rosecrance, we intend to keep you informed about our process and the client’s progress.

Treatment road map

Have you identified someone at risk of a mental health or substance use disorder? Follow these steps to provide the help that they need.

1. Call Access staff

During this time, Access staff will gather general information about the nature of your concerns, and walk you through the next steps of providing screening and treatment for the individual.

2. Complete the referral process

Rosecrance offers screenings/assessments at many convenient locations and virtually. An experienced and caring counselor will help determine the right level of care and provide a referral for appropriate services.

3. Review service and program options

If we cannot provide the services needed, we will refer you to another qualified and trusted agency or professional.

4. Utilize Rosecrance’s support services

In addition to treatment options, Rosecrance also offers support services, including recovery homes, alumni services, family programs and counseling, intervention services, and parent support groups.
