Rosecrance Jackson Centers Chad’s on Grandview

Rosecrance Jackson Centers Chad’s on Grandview is a transitional living program designed to meet the needs of adult men who successfully completed a residential treatment program and are in the early stages of recovery from substance use disorders. Rosecrance provides a supportive environment to help individuals recover from addictions while in a structured atmosphere.

Chad’s on Grandview has the capacity to serve up to 12 men. On-site counselors and recovery specialists help clients build meaningful relationships with positive supports and preserve hope for the future. Services include therapy, 12-Step support, and further development of life skills and positive routines as clients find employment, attend school, or volunteer at local organizations.
