Dr. Raymond Garcia named as the next Chief Medical Officer for Rosecrance

Rosecrance is pleased to announce that Raymond Garcia, M.D., will lead Rosecrance’s medical services as the Chief Medical Officer beginning Jan. 1. 

In his new role, Dr. Garcia will be responsible for ensuring that all programs are aligned, and that the quality of care provided is of the highest standard.

Dr. Garcia, who previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Medical Services, has been with Rosecrance for 13 years and carries 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field. He is a certified psychiatrist with expertise in addiction medicine and has worked closely with patients in the first responder and veterans residential program located in Rockford, Illinois. Dr. Garcia has also served as a faculty member at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago and Rockford, where he was recently honored for his 25 years of service.
