Community members and Rosecrance friends celebrated the upcoming retirement of CEO Phil Eaton at small gatherings in October. Guests included civic leaders, current and former Rosecrance board members and donors, as well as Illinois legislators and healthcare leadership. In addition to well wishes, Eaton was presented with a number of congratulatory commendations from federal, state, and local leaders with whom Eaton has worked throughout his career.
