Collins promoted to VP of Accreditation and Performance Improvement
Collins will lead initiatives to strengthen data gathering, clinical outcomes reporting, and use of Six Sigma change language and processes.
Rosecrance is pleased to announce that Chelsea Collins, RN, BSN, has been promoted to Vice President of Accreditation and Performance Improvement at Rosecrance. In this role, she will lead initiatives to strengthen data gathering, clinical outcomes reporting, and use of Six Sigma change language and processes.
Collins has a Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma and is a certified Change Leader through NiaTx. She has been with Rosecrance full-time since 2004, serving as the Director of Performance Improvement and Accreditation since 2014. In 2011, Collins became the first Illinois nurse to become certified in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and was the TMS Coordinator for Aspen Counseling, a Division of Rosecrance. She also has served in the Inquiry Department, and with the adult and adolescent detoxification and residential units.
