Rosecrance announces leadership transitions

Six new leaders were appointed.

Rosecrance is pleased to announce leadership appointments and promotions.

Sally Draper has been named Senior Vice President and Executive Director of The Rosecrance Foundation. She has more than two decades of experience in relationship development, major gifts, strategic planning, and operations, previously serving as the National Senior Vice President of Development for the American Lung Association. Draper is a longtime Chicago resident with strong philanthropic, social, and professional connections and a commitment to relationship building for mission-driven organizations.

Michael Vick, CPA, M.B.A., has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has 30 years in finance, including 15 in healthcare administration. In this role, he will have executive responsibility for Rosecrance’s finance, facilities, and information technology departments.

Teresa Baumgartner, CPA, has been promoted to Vice President of Finance. She has over 30 years of financial management experience in behavioral health, beginning with the Janet Wattles Center. When the center merged with Rosecrance in 2011, Baumgartner was appointed Director of Finance to oversee financial operations for Rosecrance.

Joe Kreul, AMFT, LCBC, LPHA, has been promoted to Vice President of Child and Adolescent Services for Rosecrance. In this new role, he will help build a system of care for children and youth in Illinois, including Rosecrance’s outpatient, residential, and community-based programs. Kreul has more than 17 years of experience in clinical services, including previously serving as Rosecrance’s Director of Mental Health Youth Services.

Greg Tierney, Ph.D., has been promoted to Vice President of Clinical Operations for Rosecrance, Inc. In this new role, he will oversee an interdisciplinary team that facilitates grants, aids in outcome improvements for operational activities, and he will lead the development and implementation of new operational projects. Tierney has over 20 years’ experience in direct service and clinical leadership, including the past two years as administrator of the Rosecrance Harrison Campus.
